1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 1xbid platform and all of its associated services. When you visit the 1xbid website, create an account, or use any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Management

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on 1xbid can be completed through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.
• Deposits are generally reflected in your account instantly.
• Each deposit must be made from your own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• The relevant amount cannot be withdrawn if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1xbid offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its registered users. Each bonus has specific terms that should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus:

• A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).
• The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be cashed out.
• Multiple members of the same household using the same device or IP address cannot claim the same bonus.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus offers must be used within a specified period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonus funds may only be used to bet on specified games — restrictions are listed in each bonus description.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to artificially meet wagering requirements is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated as permitted.
• 1xbid reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 1xbid are conducted under specific rules. These rules are in place to ensure fair play and the integrity of the platform.

• Each game is governed by its own rules. It is the user's responsibility to understand the relevant rules before playing.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, 1xbid will make a decision based on the system records.
• Abusing the betting system, manipulating games or exploiting software errors is prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• If any dispute arises regarding a game result, 1xbid's decision shall be considered final.
• For sports betting, official match results are accepted. Stakes on cancelled matches will be refunded.

7. VIP Program

The 1xbid VIP program has five tiers and each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. 1xbid reserves the right to review and change VIP criteria. Cashback amounts are determined based on 1xbid's own assessment.

VIP benefits are subject to bonus terms and some benefits may require a minimum activity level. VIP tier status may be reviewed in cases of prolonged inactivity.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1xbid platform and engaging in any of them will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Fraud, deception or using the identity of a third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots or hacking tools.
• Artificially abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting or arbitrage betting).
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game.
• Harassment or misconduct towards other users.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.

The entire account balance of any person involved in these prohibited activities may be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by 1xbid: 1xbid may suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).

Closure by the User: You may request closure of your own account at any time through our support team. An opportunity to withdraw your balance will be provided before the account is closed, however withdrawal rules will still apply.

10. Responsible Gaming

1xbid strongly believes in responsible gaming. We want all our users to enjoy gaming in a healthy and controlled manner.

• You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• Your account can be temporarily locked for a specified period if needed.
• There is an option to activate permanent self-exclusion — once activated, this cannot be reversed.
